My wife and I got sundaes tonight, and it was fine. As mentioned, just Richardson's and not anything "special," but the prices were reasonable, and it's a decent location. Unless unique offerings are added, though, we'd still choose Eldridge's, Kellerhaus, or Liliuokalani's if time wasn't short.
The best thing about our visit, without question, were the two women working—they were super friendly and, when a young girl in front of us lost a few toppings off her sundae to gravity, grabbed a small cup and gave her extras.
Great customer service, which, given their Google reviews, seems to be the norm.
