The word around the site indicates that aggressive reconstruction plans are in the works. Neither building owner Lee Maserian, nor general contractor Jerry DeLemus, could be reached for comment, but it has been revealed, though not officially, that the building will be reconstructed with two stories instead of just one, and with an anticipated completion date prior to summer.
