The water temp is down to 36 degrees, and there was a light skim of ice at the Meredith shoreline and Center Harbor as of noon 12-31. Also, it looked like the ice eaters were on for a while at the docks in Center Harbor.

It was windy on the broads side of the Long Island Bridge with no signs of any ice in the area.
