Can we trust Brady Sullivan?
When Brady Sullivan took over the Evergreens property Shane Brady set a corporation (LLC) that he owns. He immediately took possesion of the day docks at no cost to him or his company. He was able to do this because Brady Sullivan took control of the Association Board. They voted to turn ownership of the docks over to his LLC who then leased the docks back to condo owners. These owners pay him to use the docks he esentially took from the same condo owners. Now he has offered to sell the docks back to their righfull owners for $200,000 to $300,000. Can we trust Brady Sullivan to continue development in the Lakes Region?
