Sam, In answer to your question I will tell you what i know and then tell you what i have been told but can't be 100 % sure.
First : I was going to open a supermarket on the site where october farms was..a few days before signing a long term lease with the wonderful people at m@#$%$#@!@tors , they sold it to Rite Aid out from under me and all my architects drawings complete with a complete face lift to the entire front of the building . I was told that rite aid has bought out the remaining 7 brooks pharmacies and as you can see if you drive by today , wardos is gone and it appears that the new pharmacy will go on the right end of the building and now where I was going in with a 13,000 foot supermarket, is now being offered for lease by a company in Mass.with a space of 22,000 sq ft available That is what i have been told .
I have just bought a new company this week and will not be going in with a market
