The plaza is now owned by Crosspoint Properties out of Mass.
As it stands right this very moment they are looking to lease the open square footage, and are open to offers and ideas.
Brooks pharmacy still has a little while (a few years from what I was told) on their lease, and I was told they have little intention of leaving prior to that (but who knows?).
I believe Michael Clayton is right when he said Rite Aid has purchased brooks, and he could be right that rite aid is planning on opening in part or all of the space. Perhaps they will expand the existing brooks?
