When you first posted what your ailment was, I copied and pasted it into "google" and read some of the results. Rare indeed...one said the infection would occur in
.27 of every 100,000.
Now having met you, I don't think that your arm is approximately 1/4 of your body
. However, easier understood would be perhaps approximately 1 out of 400,000 world wide, or 27 out of 10,000,000. By all means, buy that lottery ticket (but don't spend it all on fish
