There was some talk about LSP again for 2007. The earlier I request the date.. the better the chance of getting an OK from the Board of Directors. This would be the low cost.. ($0.00) choice.

I really like the idea of finding a new hall to hold the event.. BUT... early August might be easier to find. September is a prime "gettin hitched" time of year, and I'll bet allot of the halls at hotels are booked already.

Now maybe this sounds off the wall.. but what about having the event becone a "Taste of The Lakes" event and inviting all of the local eateries that we all give so much free publicity too? They could provide the food... and win the Winnipesaukee.com seal of approval...

PS here are the dates.... Labor Day 9/3 Nascar 9/16... the open weekend would be 9/8-9
