Just tried it again. The waterfowl are enjoying the open water.
Do you have the latest update for Java and is Javascript enabled?
Are you using MS Op System?
My system is a few years old, not a huge "gamer"; but it does have a cable connect with the above mentioned items. Sometimes it takes Java a while to load. An "Active X" was not necessary to view the webcam, as some require.
