VOTE to delete "Cluster" from the Forestry and Conservation District section on the zoning ordinance.

"CLUSTER" gives developers a bonus of ten percent more building lots than are available through the use of conventional developement methods.

PROMOTION of development in the Forestry and Conservation District contradicts the stated use.
