There can be a delay in ads being posted since I have to review and approve them before they appear. It usually takes a few hours but it can be longer if I'm busy with other things.
If an ad you posted on the 16th has not yet appeared it is most likely because of a violation of the posting rules. The rules are
here.
The most common reason that ads are rejected is when this rule is ignored:
