Download the EXE file (direct from Microsoft) when you open it you will be able to manually set your DST parameters. It is supposed to work on all Windows platforms back to 95. I downloaded it for my Win 98Se. I reset my parameters and will see Sunday morning.

My XP just did it's usual thing and kept on ticking with the correct time without doing a ding-dong thing to it. What was all the fuzz about for the past year to a month all about.
