For some reason, the
the same argument re: speeding fatalities works against speed limits. Plus, it would appear MP is not objecting to being overly stressed with the requirement to police life vest wearing while they couldn't handle the monitoring of speed.
It really doen't take a great stretch of the imagination to understand why speed didn't make it to the House and life vests for older kids did.
Go figure.
