1. For this contest "Ice-Out" is defined as the day, hour and minute this spring that the M/S Mt. Washington cruise ship could navigate between its ports without being blocked by ice. The exact date and time is determined by an observer in a small plane over the lake and announced by the Lakes Region Association. For this contest, the announcement by the Lakes Region Association will be the final and official date and time of Ice-Out.
I really think it should of been yesterday, because that was my day.
I think for next year I'll pick a weekday.
