There was a story in the Weirs Times a few weeks ago, saying (if I remember the story right) the new owners used to work there when they were kids. They are bringing back the old recipes. I agree that the Tamarak had gone down hill fast over the past few years, but it sounds like the new guys deserve a chance. They gotta be great though - its only another mile or so down the road to Peppers.
