That other thread/post is here (scroll down 3 or so posts). As I read the RSA you can't legally anchor for a fireworks display if you're a "houseboat". The important part being the "or any part of an overnight period except as permitted in RSA 270-A:2 or in cases of emergency". I've yet to see any cited for it though.



BTW: We've covered this before (in this thread) as well.
