I think your best bet to see the lovely Pepper would be to stock up at Lowes in Gilford.
On a more serious note, Tamarack is in dire need of an improvement in quality. I hope the new owners stick to their quality mantra...if so, I am sure that there is enough business out there for them. If they start up with the langostinos (like the prior owners) Pepper will eat their lunch too(figuratively).
