...hey, Centre Harbor needs to oil their town docks!
As everyone knows, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and all that nicely designed dock system sure could use about two coats of oil based wood preservative. What with the town doing it, they can probably afford the expensive stuff, about ten gallons of Flood's deck preservative at about $22/gal. As designed and constructed, it's a real first class public dock system, totally built with pressure treated lumber, but it is definately showing its' age by looking all dried out and tired.
Maybe send the town's selectmen down there equipped for a volunteer painting Sunday, or something?
