Oops! My bad. As to remembering, it is written in stone, literally. I carved the dates in cement when we were replacing the walkway to the dock soon after the Oct. swim. My mother, who wrote down everything provided me witht the date for the April swim.
Besides, many people including my cousin's family have taken "Polar Plunges" in Jan/Feb.
