Well to keep the Canada geese away I know they grounds crew had to move the fake coyotes every few days. Maybe you'll need to put a small electric RC boat under the snout to get the 'gator to move. If that doesn't work then mebbe you'll need to put some blinking LEDs in the eyes ... yah ... some blinking LEDS and then ... then a small speaker that makes scary sounds.
