The State Police couldn't drive away -- they
had to show no favoritism.
2) Citizens expect prosecutors to be zealous in criminal cases; however, one of Littlefield's
two criminal charges was alcohol-related. The article states Coull was the prosecutor in Littlefield's case.
How zealous would a closet prosecutor/DWI be towards
other DWIs?
