Default Don't feel bad, Jersey Girl, I'm repulsive too ...

When I met my husband at weather weenie school, I warned him that I was a thunderstorm repulsor (we both wanted to go to U of Oklahoma to storm chase). Now, after more than 10 years, he believes me and has begun divorce proceedings (just kidding) . Of course, I'm pretty picky about my thunderstorms...if they don't scare the heck out of me, I'm unimpressed...guess that comes from living in Ohio for 10 years.

We didn't see any moose when we were at Moosehead, but did see one 10 years ago walking down Lang Pond Rd. in Wolfeboro. We were on our bikes and had the dog, so we stayed well clear. A car passed us and we yelled "Moose," but he kept going...until he saw what we were yelling about.
