Don't be embarrassed! It has been a fun topic and you may have generated interest to get rid of it. Not to mention, you really do not have control over what your dad does in his own yard. My own father has had so many weird creative things going in our yard over the years. He has several garden tractors that he will fix some day, but are now beyond hope and lots of other strange stuff. It hasn't stopped people from visiting or socializing with us.
