The two places are very different. South Down is a gated community - hundreds of "detached" condo units, and townhomes and free standing homes. Its a series of villages. Misty Harbor is much more a resort type hotel/condo style vacation destination.
South Down is very nice - but very different than MH.
Just my opinion.
