Reckless endangerment and vehicular homicide: They're tougher. Unless gramps was drunk, or racing his Cadillac (!), that almost certainly won't fly.

I haven't read any articles about this incident (I live on the West coast), but odds are it's yet another example of an old codger learning the hard way that he should have surrendered his license long ago.

But who wants to admit they're too old?
