I would check to see if there is anything in the contract you signed, it is up to the owner or the rental group, if you used one, to keep the property up and to maintain it so it is suitable -you might have enough here but they could argue that it is up to their standards just not yours, If there is enough time they might be able to find you another place. Also I know from previous experience, although cannot remember what they are, they are supposed to adhere to certain guidelines from the state or city, I am unsure, but I bet someone on here will know.
No mater what I would request the pictures anyways, if they say no they request your money back. You could have someone else call that is interested in the place and ask to have in and out pictures sent to them. then you can look at it that way, kind of sneaky to do this but sometimes might be your only choice
