We were wondering if it was permitted to put a geocache container on Rattlesnake Island. We have friends there and visit every summer. I looked online and noticed that there were none there yet. What are the rules for putting a geocache on a private island. Could there be stipulations that you would have to own a cottage or be an invited guest of a cottage owner in order to search for it? I wouldn't want to be the cause of people trying to get on the island when they are not supposed to be there since there is not a public dock. Any ideas?
