July 3 Umbagog Umbagog Chamber of Commerce Fourth of July Celebration: We are celebrating on July 3rd. Schedule of events include: 10:00 Kids fishing derby; 11:00 Pie baking contest, 11:30 Luncheon; 12:00 Pie Auction; 1:00 Parade; After Parade: log rolling contest, arm wrestling, face painting; ma and pa obstacle race, tug-of-war, display by the Umbagog Heritage Committee, and lots of family fun; 4:00 Beano; Dusk - the best fireworks in the North Country!
July 3 Alton Bay Fourth of July Celebration: Family Scavenger hunt at the bandstand 6:30 p.m. East Bay Jazz Ensemble 7:30 p.m. Fireworks over Alton Bay 9:30 p.m.
July 4 Wolfeboro Wright Museum- Wolfeboro Parade, Float highlighting National WWII Memorial in Washington, D.C. and restored vehicles in parade. 77 Center St 569-1212
July 4 Laconia Fourth of July Celebration: 1:00 Parade from Garfield St at Wyatt Park to Opechee Park on North Main St. Entertainment starts at 5 p.m. at Opechee Park with games, food, vendors, & music! Fireworks will begin at 10 p.m. over Lake Opechee
July 4 Center Harbor Fourth of July Celebration: Fireworks over Center Harbor Bay, Lake Winnipesaukee at Dusk.
July 4 Wolfeboro Fourth of July Celebration: Parade at 1 p.m. from Old Lakeview Terrace down Main Street; concert by Cate Park Band 7:30 p.m; fireworks over Wolfeboro Bay, 9:30 p.m.
July 4 Meredith Fourth of July Celebration: American Legion Chicken BBQ starting at noon at Hesky Park. New England Brass Quintet concert also at Hesky Park 6:30 p.m. and fireworks over Meredith Bay at dusk.
July 4 Weirs Beach Fireworks Dinner Dance Cruise aboard the M/S Mount Washington Cruise Ship. Enjoy an evening on dining and dancing while we cruise the lake looking for fireworks. 7:30-10:30pm. Adults $37, Child $27. (this is a no smoking cruise).

July 4 Sanbornton 4th of July Celebration - Steele Hill Resorts, Sanbornton. Free and open to the public - Don't miss it! The Sunday 4th of July Celebration Family Barbeque 5pm - 8:30pm. Entertainment and games for all ages and a Giant Fireworks Show at 10pm. 524-0500
July 4 Weirs Beach The Family Circle gospel group from Halifax, Pennsylvania will perform a concert at the Weirs United Methodist Church on Tower Street. The public is invited to bring something to share at a potluck supper at 5:00 PM. The concert, performed by Raymond and Cheryl Crum and Diana and Larry Paul, will begin at 7:00 PM on the church lawn, weather permitting. There is no charge for this concert that will feature patriotic songs, old favorites and new renditions. An offering will be taken.
July 4th Wolfeboro CARNIVAL and MASTER of CEREMONIES Raffle! $1 Raffle tickets on sale to win prime fireworks viewing, the chance to set off the first firework display, two patriotic chairs, two Telstar fireworks caps and T-shirts! Tickets on sale at Wolfeboro Area Children's Center. Prior to the fireworks, come to our CARNIVAL and enjoy tons of games, a huge food court, and prizes at Roger's Gymnasium on site at Brewster Academcy from 6-9 pm. Fun for the whole family! July 5 Bristol Newfound Lake Fourth of July Celebration: Bands will also be playing at the local eateries before and after the fireworks, which are at 9:30 p.m. The parade is on July 5 as well.
