Well wisher here
I for one hope the new owners succeed. I hope they read the forum and take the comments and suggestions by these current and potential customers. I would hate to see the Tamarack go "belly up." That place is such a staple of the Lakes Region. It has to be tough though because there is plenty of competition for vacationers $$$$ during the fairly short season that they have.
I have not eaten there this summer however I will give them a try before the season is over. I hope all the kinks get worked out before everyone heads home for the fall.
