It seems like the Weirs is hit even worse than the general region. I see the pier at the Weirs is up for sale at $4.9 Million and I wonder how anyone could financially justify buying that to run as a business. It seems like the Wiers has run it's course, just like beach fronts of old. It may be time for condo-fication
