I saw two old amphicars coming out of Glendale a few weeks ago on a rather rough Saturday. They were rounding Varney point and heading towards Silver Sands. Last Saturday when I was pulling my boat out at the Gilford ramp,I saw one of those drive in.It was very rough when I came in and I was thinking I wouldn't be going to far out in that craft.
