We saw a boat come very close to it and it was still light out.

There was no choice but to fish it out. I have no idea what it would be like hitting something that big, especially in the dark. Not good, I’m sure.
I have no idea how a Roll-A-Dock system works. Guessing a replacement tire won't come too cheap either. Hope we can find the owner.
Other than posting it on the forum for people to see, what should I do?
