It's called "Expectation of Privacy." When in a public place you are open to having your picture taken. If they didn't want their picture taken they would have stayed home.
Kind of like all the big brother cameras that take your picture. All the security cameras that take your picture. How many times have you watched TV and seen people on films of big brother and security cameras.
In other words, you don't want your picture taken and shown someplace stay at home.
I know it seems like an uncouth thing to do but perfectly legal and moral. Just look in the photo gallery of the forum fest and look for Tow and my better half

and you will see what I mean.
