We visited the dockside recently, and were pleasantly surprised at the changes inside. As you enter the door, there is a pub area to the right, with a small bar and a few tables. To the left, is the dining room...still with tables by the windows. The biggest change is that it is about twice the size. Where there was a full room length divider running from the parking lot end wall to where the cash register used to be, well, it is gone, and the whole left side of the building is dining room
Menu has changed, still reasonable, and the food was good, and service was good as well.
I would say it is kid friendly (the few folks who were in the bar were not loud or raucous when we were there.) and would have no problem taking my grandchildren there (just not all 8 of them at once
... the restaurant could handle it, I just couldn't afford it
!)
