Default Couple of Days is Good

A couple of days for a fish being iced is good. Even if you catch a fish today, it is best to let it sit a day or two on ice or in the fridge before you filet it. Guess it adds to the flavor. The key to a fresh fish is when was it fileted?
I do not disagree the Salmon is farm raised, other than that, the items available from the boats in this area are fresh.
