HB 663 and HB 383 revising the Comprehensive Shoreland Protection Act were signed into law on June 29, 2007. The official version has not been published by the NH Office of Legislative Services yet but DES has posted unofficial version of the revised Act on it's website so that the public has something available for use as a reference.
