Don't get too excited about the title, this is only a reply. Ba doooom Ching.

I heard (it) through the grapevine that all you had to do was obtain a 'water event permit' from the NH Marine Patrol and fill it out accordingly. I went as far as calling MP to resolve my curiosity. They informed me of said permit and told me it took 2-3 weeks to process (typical turn-around time for NH government work.)

Best of luck, let me know how the jump comes out. I would love to try it sometime too maybe...
