Hmmm. Let's see....

The Marine Patrol admits to:

1) Untrained radar operators,
2) Operating from marked patrol units,
3) In publically-disclosed locations,
4) Throwing out disagreeable speeds, and
5) Not surprised by the results.

What else is left to be said?
