First, we went with Allstate, best coverage and the best annual premium we could find.

Then the next part, we got to the closing (after towing the bow for a few hours) only to find an issue with the title, there was an undisclosed private mortgage that was never removed. We turned around and went home (towing again).

The paperwork is now complete and we are trying again for this Friday, it looks colder, but more sun.

I am sure this is all worth it and will be for many years to come. But the road to rattlesnake has been bumpy (or wavy).
