I reviewed the original condominium plans which created the overall condominium association on line* a while ago and the parking is designated and part of the condominium land. Bay View Pavillion is actually a sub condominium association to the overall condominium association which includes the buildings on either side. Each building has their own parking. From the visual point what many of us assumed to be town parking/land is not the case.
