Reading HB847, the speed limit applies to vessels operating on the water. So, it would seem that it would apply to airboats which are a vessel, but not to snowmobiles since they are not a vessel. A vessel is something which displaces water, or holds water like a coffee cup. So's anyone driving a coffee cup, has to keep that speed down.....no speed'n coffee-cups.....aaaooooghhaaa!
Say, was there any mention about my neighbor running out to chew The Codeman out for breaking up the ice in her's husband's personal little ice skating rink?
