Hey All -- was watching the Fox News last night and there was a 15 second blurb about another roof collaping in Laconia??

As I was only half listening to the TV at the time, I missed the details ...... something about an older building under renovations as a Condo? The quick video looked as though the building was on the waterfront (what water unknown).

Anyone shed more light on where / what it is ?
