Seriously, our "permanent" docks are getting weakened not just by ice at
low water, but by waves while the docks are
under water. But what can be done about the dock's waterproofing that's going away with more frequency?
Because of a skin sensitivity, volunteers spread the stuff for me every other year; however, year by year, I'm waving them off—
also with more frequency.
