After reading this thread last week, I could not wait for the weekend and an opportunity to judge WP's Lobster Rolls for myself. Went there by boat from Wolfeboro Saturday and first was pleasantly surprised by the lack of boat traffic at the Town docks for a Saturday at about 12:30. Our luck held out when we walked to WP's as well as we seemed to get in there just before the crowd. My son had the hot buttered with fries and cole slaw and I had the regular. (I thought I had ordered hot buttered for both and when I mentioned that, the woman who had brought them out to us asked if I wanted to send it back. Because I had debated with myself for an hour before hand as to which I would get, I decided I did not want to chance it being wasted and kept it.) Both were great. I got a taste of my son's. Also, the woman taking the orders (I expect one of the owners) came out after we were done to make sure we enjoyed them. I want to try the ribs others spoke well of, but not sure I will do anything but the Lobster Rolls , buttered next time, which I hope will be soon. Thanks all for the debate and a great suggestion.
