No franchise. I saw this posted at Harts a month or so ago. So I asked, What we don't all know, or remember is that Harts had a big piece of the catering business at NHIS. Now that it is NHMS they don't have any piece of the business. Seems that Mr Smith has his own catering deal. So the track deal is already negatively affecting the local economy. So, to combat that huge loss of $$$ Harts has decided to open a second location, in a more densely populated area. I wish them the best, I did ask if they were going to keep the Hooters Uniforms,
but they informed me that they will be in their traditional Harts uniforms.
