This is a very common theme throughout the "businesses closing/moving" threads. Are the owners of these buildings who are leasing to businesses getting too greedy? It's hard enough right now to get customerse to open up their wallets yet these leasees appear to be trying to get top dollar for their business space. I guess they'd rather wait and get top dollar while their buildings collect dust.
