A flood watch is in effect until Wednesday for 2-4 inches of rain, most of which will fall in the next 24 hours.

More details area in my latest post on the weather section's thread about the Spring 2008 flood situation. That thread has been ongoing for a couple of months so I felt it worthwhile to also post the flood watch headline in a more visible way.
