When I stopped there last week, the owner of Boston Seafood said he will have a live lobster tank and will cook lobsters for you right there, or you can take them home and cook them yourself. They don't come much fresher than that. (I'm pretty sure that the lobsters weren't caught in the lake).

You don't have to wonder about a seafood business doing well at the lake. Just look at the lines at Sawyers and Tamarak!
