Just returned from our vacation "up North" that included a day trip to Weirs area. I knew I wanted a Lobster roll from Waldo's for lunch and after hearing about the hot buttered lobster roll I had to try it. It was fantastic
. Later in the week I tried the one from Jonathon's in North Conway that started this thread, by comparison it was good but not as good as Waldo's. I guess I was spoiled by that hot buttered one. I will be back (
God willing and the creek don't rise). The few times I had been to Waldo's before I was always impressed by the warmth and friendliness of the young lady at the counter, she seemed like a real "Southern Belle". As I was leaving I introduced myself and found out "Pepper" is not from the South. No matter, her hospitality makes everyone feel welcome.
