I only go there for breakfast, but in my 14 years doing so, I never ran into the problem that you expeirenced.......They have been in buisness for a very long time,.... and just maybe, they had a bad day......

At any rate,... If I go to any buisness, and am disappointed, for any reason, I let them know about it, right now!
